Client-directed compound libraries
Around central scaffolds, focused compound libraries, complying with our client's structure/activity criteria, can be designed and produced using our state-of-the-art automated parallel synthesis facility. The setup is modular, highly flexible and suitable for both solution phase & solid phase chemistries.

Up to 48 simultaneous reactions can be performed in solution, using virtually any solvent at reaction temperatures ranging from -78 °C to 120 °C. On a solid support, up to 96 reactions can be carried out in a parallel fashion.

Both analytical and preparative LC-MS are integrated into the facility, allowing rapid analysis and purification of the individual library members.

This makes the facility ideally suited for the preparation of focused compound libraries, as well as for rapid screening and optimization of reaction conditions. Challenge us with your demands!
